July is peak Ramona season here in New York and across much of the country. Your photos, emails and DMs bring such a smile to our team! From The Hamptons and NYC to Bethany Beach, Seattle, Calistoga and beyond, it is so wonderful to see RAMONA as a part of your summer and your lives. It's cliché but it's true!

In case any of you are in need of beach reading recommendations, I recently finished Joan Didion’s collection of essays, Let Me Tell You What I Mean and her insights and writing are terrific. Our team read Think Like a Rocket Scientist by Ozan Varol - it came recommended by a dear friend and former Eleven Madison Park colleague, Laura Wagstaff and does a marvelous job communicating tools to think smarter and more critically about any idea.
